COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Horizon Tech BLS-0024 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hyundai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hyundai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hyundai such as the H400TD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCP2CRTBIMOP manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HiMC300 by Manufacturer Hyundai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hydro-line Brand A5C325X1363 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Howden-Buffalo such as 79SA1565 equipment made by Howden-Buffalo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Howden-Buffalo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Howden-Buffalo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C40PPR made by Huber-Suhner as well as the popular 12RS30360100ISACCRSUSR original spares produced by Iai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RCP2SRA4RI35P2550P1X7 by Iai and 79SA1565 spares by Howden-Buffalo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 400966100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Houdaille. |
